<p>Housing prices in some of our most popular suburbs such as Jan Juc Victoria have challenged the downward trends this quarter with upwards trends and exceeding asking prices.  [SOURCE: RP Data]</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The last quarter has seen a good increase for country properties and lifestyle properties outside the metropolitan area. While the metropolitan growth averaged out at -1.05, the average price of country properties <strong>grew by 1.55% across Australia</strong>.<a name="_ftnref1"></a></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The trend can be seen in with housing prices in suburbs such as Jan Juc Victoria challenging the downward trends this quarter with strong growth. [SOURCE: RP Data] Mornington, VIC, also had a quarterly growth of 0.39% with an average of 7% increases on asking price.</p>

Adjacent to the dining room is a Snug/TV room that has an attached storage room. The spacious living room can be closed off with two sliding doors and has a full length bay window that looks out to the garden. All 4 bedrooms are spacious with built-in clothes storage, with reverse cycle air conditioning units for both summer and winter comfort and en suite bathrooms. A split air conditioning system has been installed to cover the common rooms. A large study at the front of the house could double as a 5<sup>th</sup> bedroom. A second study has access to 2 of the bedrooms. A short hallway foyer leads to the front door and the commodious verandah that extends to 3 sides of the house. A dining table and chairs for 10 persons, snooker table, breakfast table and chairs for 4 with large cane chairs and lounge together with a gas barbecue furnish this large entertaining area.</p>
<p>The two garages have space for garden tools, additional property vehicles and work benches with the one attached to the house also containing the laundry and freezer.</p>
